Hotels & resorts
Front office, housekeeping, kitchens, restaurants, maintenance and security, each on their own shifts, with busy-season extra hours and days off tracked fairly.
D2C-H.R is made for HR managers in any organization. Use it next to the finance or front-desk systems you already have, or start with it as your first system. It is a natural fit for hotels, resorts, hospitals and any team on rotating shifts. Plan the roster, count real worked hours from check-ins, and close payroll with overtime, meals, insurance and tax already worked out.
If people work mornings, nights and weekends on different shift lengths, a spreadsheet stops being enough.
Front office, housekeeping, kitchens, restaurants, maintenance and security, each on their own shifts, with busy-season extra hours and days off tracked fairly.
Doctors, nurses and support staff on 6, 8 and 12-hour shifts, nights included, with infection and nature-of-work allowances. This is the setup the system was first built for.
Factories, security companies, restaurant groups, call centres and service teams: anyone paying people by the hours they actually work.
Everything in the month, in the order it happens.
Define shift types of any length once, give each person a default, then change a day or a whole range for many people at once. Night shifts that cross midnight belong to the day they started.
Worked time comes from real check-ins and check-outs, with several pairs a day added up. Missing punches are flagged for HR to fix, and every correction keeps a note.
Staff check in from the Android app or the web, only inside the locations you allow. One registered phone per employee, and fake-location apps are rejected.
Already have attendance machines at the door? Import their exported files with a dry run first, and they flow into the same attendance board.
Overtime counts after the threshold you set, and day-off or holiday work is paid at its own rate. A meal allowance is earned by completing the shift, with a higher amount for longer shifts.
Monthly, daily or hourly pay, with allowances, social insurance, Egyptian income tax and loan instalments. Approve the month, lock it, and employees see their payslips on their phone.
Real screens from the system, shown with demo data.

Roster: shifts of any length for every person and day, with monthly hours.
Departments, shift types, meal and overtime rules, tax and insurance profiles, and your staff list.
People punch from their phone or the door machine. HR sees who is on duty, who has not arrived, and what needs a correction.
Review the month, approve it to lock the numbers, then export to Excel. Employees open their own payslips on their phone.
No. It was first built for a hospital, which is the hardest case: rotating shifts of different lengths, night work and allowances. The same rules suit hotels, resorts, factories and any 24/7 team.
Yes. Import the attendance file exported from the machine, check it in a dry run, and it joins the same attendance board as phone check-ins.
It is hard to. Check-in only works inside the locations you set, each person is tied to one registered phone, and fake-location apps are rejected.
The education ERP has an HR module for schools. D2C-H.R is a separate system for shift-based businesses, with rosters, check-ins by hours and payroll for those teams. Ask us which fits.
Yes. Every screen switches between Arabic and English, including right-to-left layout and the payslip.
